Shipping policy

We ship puzzle books to help you unscreen yourself—here's how it works.


📦 Processing Time

Orders ship within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). We don't ship on weekends or holidays—even we need to unscreen sometimes.

Heads up: During busy periods (holidays, launch days), processing might take a few extra days. If there's a delay, we'll email you at ask@unscreenyourself.com to let you know.


🌍 Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United States (including territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses)
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • European Union

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen speed.

U.S. Customers: Overnight and Express options are available for continental U.S. addresses only.


📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll get a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking link will be active within 24 hours.


🌐 International Orders (Customs & Taxes)

If you're ordering from outside the U.S., your country may charge customs fees, duties, or taxes when your package arrives. Those fees are not included in our shipping cost and are your responsibility to pay.

We can't predict what those fees will be (every country is different), but your local customs office can give you an estimate if you ask.


📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

Package arrived damaged? Contact your shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to file a claim. They're responsible for packages once they leave our facility.

Save everything: Keep all packaging materials and the damaged items—you'll need them for the carrier's claim process.

Lost in transit? Check your tracking first. If it's been stuck for days or marked delivered but never arrived, contact the carrier directly. If they can't help, email us at ask@unscreenyourself.com and we'll figure it out together.
