Satisfaction Guaranteed: At Unscreen Yourself!, we are committed to the quality of our puzzle books and digital products. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from us. Below are the details of our return policy.

Return Conditions for Physical Books:

  1. Books must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition, free from any damage or alterations. Books that show signs of use or those returned after the deadline may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Digital Products: All sales of digital products, such as printable puzzles, are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of digital products once they are delivered. Please contact customer service if there are any issues with your digital purchase.

Customer-Paid Returns: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for physical books. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: If your book is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it for the same title. Please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you are requesting an exchange.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: To start the return process for physical books, please contact our customer service team at ask@unscreenyourself.com. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions and the address to which the book should be sent.
  2. Pack Your Return: Securely pack the book in its original packaging, if possible, and include all materials that were sent with the book.
  3. Send It Back: Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. Please email us the tracking number as soon as your package is shipped to ensure we can monitor the return’s progress.

Processing Returns: Upon receipt of your returned book and verification of its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

Regardless of our general return policy, if you are a consumer from the European Union, you benefit from a mandatory "cooling-off" period. This means you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, for any reason and without justification.

  • Physical Products (Books): To qualify for a refund, the book must be returned in the same condition you received it, undamaged and unmarked, and, if possible, in its original packaging. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the book. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returning valuable items.

  • Digital Products: The right to cancel and receive a full refund also applies to purchases of digital products. However, this right ends once the download or streaming of the digital content begins. During the purchasing process, you will explicitly agree to start the download or streaming immediately and acknowledge that this agreement constitutes a waiver of your right to cancel the purchase. If the download or streaming has not begun, you still retain the right to cancel the transaction within the 14-day cooling-off period.

Starting a Return or Cancellation:

If you decide to return or cancel your order, just let us know! You can contact us in any way that's convenient for you, using the contact details provided below. Simply inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement before the 14-day cooling-off period is up, so we can start the process right away.

Refunds:

If you decide to cancel your purchase within the 14-day cooling-off period and return the entire order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery shipping (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). The direct costs of returning the goods, however, will not be covered unless the items are defective. Refunds will be processed without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.
